Event Description:

This workshop is designed to help the IEP team prevent conflict early-on
and effectively manage it when it arises. Trainees will recognize circumstances
that enhance meeting effectiveness and those that create barriers to successful
decision-making. Team members can use these skills to help evaluate their own
interactions as well as offer ideas for improving team functioning.
