Leading Change highlights the collaborative reform efforts of the Governor's Office, the State Board of Education, and the Michigan Department of Education for improving academic achievement and access to high-quality learning. With this in mind, each issue will highlight the State Board of Education goal to attain substantial and meaningful improvement in academic achievement for all students/children with primary emphasis on high priority schools and students.
