Family Involvement Action Team/Study Group
Purpose: To develop for the Partnership a set of considerations and strategies for more consistent and substantive family involvement in IDEA Implementation (PA 107).

High School Student Support and Intervention Action Team
High School Action Team — originally an IDEA Partnership action team. IDEA Partners were then invited to join an expanded MDE team during 2005. This broader Michigan High School Initiative (MHSI) action team serves as the High School Student Support and Intervention Action Team and represents a wide variety of at-risk groups.
This Student Support and Intervention Action Team reports to Dr. Jeremy Hughes, offering recommendations regarding supports and interventions important for at-risk students in the context of the new high school graduation requirements.
Purpose: The Student Support and Intervention Action Team's responsibility is to review concerns and research-based interventions and supports important for:
- students at risk with the emerging HS expectations
- professionals who serve these students
- culture of the educational community
The action team is one of seven Michigan High School Initiative action teams. The others focus on:
- Assessment
- High School Content Expectations
- Outreach and Communications
- Professional Development
- Promising Redesign Practices
- Secondary/Post-Secondary Transitions

NCLB/IDEA Action Team
Purpose: Analyze the resulting priorities from the 6/30 Dialogue Guide Meeting and work to implement recommended actions. Standards Study Group/Action Team
Purpose: Focus on strategies to support the Partnership’s effective use of adult learning standards in order to support IDEA implementation and improve learner achievement.

Technology Study Group/Action Team
Purpose: Using a data driven approach, identify an array of strategies and resources that can enhance the delivery and impact of PD, relative to infants through young adults with disabilities.

- Develop, disseminate, and analyze a statewide technology survey to guide adult learning opportunities provided by IDEA Partnership organizations
