The Michigan Special Education Mediation Program (MSEMP) helps parents, educators, and service providers develop productive relationships for resolving issues in early intervention and special education.

MSEMP is a federally funded project of the Michigan Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Early Intervention Services. MSEMP services are provided at no cost to families and educators.
