Viewing Documents

Most documents on the PBS for Young Children site are available in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view a PDF, click (or right click) on the link and choose "save link as" from the menu that appears.

To view PDF documents you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. A free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded by clicking the Get Adobe Reader logo below:

Ordering Documents

Many of the products from this site can also be ordered through the Center for Educational Networking (CEN). To order a document, download the CEN order form and fax the completed form to (517) 541-1351.

Online orders are available for payments made with a purchase order ONLY.

For all other forms of payment, complete an online order, print the form, and mail with payment to:

Searching PDF Documents

You can download a portable document format (PDF) version of a document and search it by key words using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To search the document by key words:

1. Download the PDF version of the document.
2. Open the document PDF file.
3. Do a "find" for the key word for which you are searching. Under "Edit," select "Find" and type in the key word. Hit "Find." You can change the key word at any time during your search.
